Carlo Farroni was born in Naples on February 25, 1958. After graduating from Liceo Artistico (high school of Art) in 1975, he enrolled at the Faculty of Architecture in Naples. From 1975 to 1978 he worked with Prof. Arch. Ezio Bruno De Felice for the functional recovery of the Aragonese Castle of Ischia and at the same time he participated in the competitive tender for the functional recovery of Rione Terra of Pozzuoli, which was won by Prof. De Felice in collaboration with Prof. Arch. Aldo Loris Rossi. In 1982 he obtained his degree in Architecture with a final grade of 110/110. His thesis was entitled “Complesso attrezzato, per esposizione d’arte, a Capodimonte” - “Equipped complex, for art exhibition, in Capodimonte” (supervisors: Prof. Arch. Ezio Bruno De Felice and Prof. Arch. Massimo Pica Ciamarra). In 1982 he passed the professional qualifying examination and became a member of the Order of Architects of the Province of Naples with No. 3205. From 1982 to 1984 he worked together with Prof. Arch. Massimo Pica Ciamarra and participated, among other things, in the international competition “Parc de la Villette” in Paris, in the project of the Library of the University of Salerno, and in the project of recovery of Piscinola and Marianella under the plan of reconstruction after the earthquake in Naples. He also participated in the project of restoration and functional recovery of the Castle of Caivano (Naples).From 1984 to 1986 he worked with Prof. Arch. Gaetano Borrelli Royo, participating in the projects of reconstruction of a school and two residential buildings with the two adjoining squares in San Pietro a Patierno. Since 1986 he has carried out professional activities in specific areas of research and study: residence, community facilities, urban microstructures. Mainly engaged in the construction of public works, he participated in several important projects in various sectors (hospital and medical facility construction, school facilities, hotel and tourist facilities, sports facilities) and in the restoration intended as recovery and reuse. In 1993 he founded Tecton Studio Associati S.r.l., an engineering company where he is Technical Director. Ciro Cozzolino was born in Torre del Greco on October 12, 1956. After graduating from Liceo Artistico in 1973, he enrolled at the Faculty of Architecture in Naples. During his studies, he worked with many professional firms and gained experience in particular in the field of planning aimed at interventions on existing buildings. In 1987 he obtained his degree in Architecture with a thesis in Technology of Materials entitled “Città Obliqua - Percorsi meccanizzati a Napoli” - “Oblique City - mechanized routes in Naples" (supervisor: Prof. Arch. Michele Cennamo). In July 1987 he passed the professional qualifying examination and became a member of the Order of Architects of the Province of Naples with No. 3951. Since September 1987 he has carried out professional activities in specific areas of research and study: residence, community facilities, urban microstructures. Mainly engaged in the construction of public works, he participated in several important projects in various sectors (hospital and medical facility construction, school facilities, hotel and tourist facilities, sports facilities) and in the restoration intended as recovery and reuse.
